Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders with a total amount of AUD 100 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below AUD 100 are charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99. Taxes are included in all product prices.
3. Order Cut Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney time) are processed starting from the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will have processing time counted from the next day. If a rest day applies, processing time will start from the next business day.
4. Processing Time
The processing time is 2 to 3 business days. This includes order confirmation, inventory checks, packing, and dispatch arrangements.
5. Transit Time
The estimated total transit time is 7 to 11 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary due to destination area, weather conditions, or carrier arrangements.
6. Carriers
We may use one or more of the following carriers depending on practical delivery arrangements: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
7. Order Tracking
After dispatch, we will provide tracking information by email. You can check the shipment status using the tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us using the contact information below.
8. Liability Statement
Once an order is dispatched, the carrier is responsible for transportation. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure events, such as natural events, transportation disruptions, or public service interruptions, we will assist with shipment inquiries, but we are not responsible for any indirect losses. If a shipment is lost or shows clear transit exceptions, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
9. Receipt And Acceptance Notes
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice damage to the package, missing items, or obvious product damage, please record the situation at the time of receipt and contact us as soon as possible. It is recommended to confirm the items are correct before completing acceptance.
