Order Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through Livocanta (hereinafter referred to as “we”).

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted under the following conditions:

  • The order has been placed and paid for but has not yet been shipped;

  • The customer decides not to proceed with the purchase and submits a cancellation request within a reasonable timeframe;

  • The order requires correction or adjustment which the customer prefers to resolve through cancellation and reordering.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available, and standard return procedures will apply.

    • Proof of payment

    • Request to cancel the order

  2. Our team will review your request promptly.
    Once approved, we will notify you of the cancellation status and proceed with refund arrangements.

3. Refund Details

Upon confirming the cancellation request, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 working days.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout, including card payment options such as Visa or MasterCard.
